Two people hold hands facing each other on an open terrace above the sea, with rows of seated guests and white flowers on both sides.
Group travel

The wedding, the reunion, the birthday everyone travels for

Thirty people, one week, and nobody chasing anybody.

How group bookings work

A group trip is not a large booking. It is a different product: space is held before anybody pays, the deadlines belong to the group rather than to each traveller, and the rooming list keeps changing until the week it stops.

Rooms are set aside first

Seats and rooms are reserved for your group before anybody pays, so people can join over weeks instead of all at once.

One person holds the file

An advisor who knows the whole booking, so nobody in the group has to explain it twice or chase an answer.

Everybody books themselves

Guests book against your held space on their own terms, so you are not collecting money from anyone.

Things only groups get

A private dinner, a welcome event, space set aside for a ceremony. None of it exists for a booking of two.

No two groups look alike

  • A group can be eight people or sixty. The mechanics do not change with size, only the deadlines do.
  • Some groups want everyone together all week. Others want one shared night and the rest of the days free. Both are held differently.
  • Who pays shapes the week more than who comes. Everyone paying their own is a different booking from one person paying for all of it.

What makes a group trip work

Who comes matters more than where you go

Pace, budget, and who shares a room shape the week far more than the property does.

Space is held, not bought

A group rate is arranged and held for you, not looked up. That is why it rarely matches the price on a booking site.

Somebody has to hold the whole thing

Someone has to chase the late joiner, pass on the dietary request, and keep track of the person who booked their own flight. That work exists whether or not anybody volunteers for it.

So, what is the occasion?

Every one of these is a group trip, and each is held a different way. Say which one and we will come back with what fits.
