• If you are a first time client, we typically set up a video call to get to know you as a customer
• Where applicable, for certain custom itineraries, there may be a service fee charged up front for planning – no surprises though, this will be discussed up front if it applies
• A valid passport and/or a travel visa is typically required for air travel, and we will discuss those requirements with you depending on your destination
